2026 BBCR Art Contest Parent Release

Parental Release Form Signed releases must accompany all submitted artwork for students under 18 years of age By entering the contest, I warrant that my child’s submission represents his or her sole and original artwork and is in no way a violation of, or infringement upon, any copyright belonging to any third party. I understand and agree that all physical or digital art work submitted for the The Giving Garden Art Contest shall become the property of Brigit’s Bounty Community Resources (BBCR) and will not be returned.  I grant BBCR permission to use my child’s artwork for the purpose of illustration, publication, marketing, promotional or broadcast use. I understand that, at BBCR’s discretion, the artwork may be released for use by television, radio, newspaper, magazine or other media outlets including websites and social media sites. I accept that winning entries will be selected by a panel of BBCR judges according to the published contest selection criteria. I hereby affirm that such release to BBCR does not constitute any form of compensation, including royalties arising from the art work, to my or my child’s benefit. My signature on this document also signifies my agreement to hold BBCR, its staff, and its partner organizations harmless and exonerate them from any loss or liability I, my son, daughter or dependent may incur as a result of the reproduction and dissemination of the materials described in this release. I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian of the child named below, hereby give permission for my child to submit original artwork to the The Giving Garden Art Contest sponsored by Brigit’s Bounty Community Resources.
